Hwajin Garden

Hwajin Garden is a king rib specialty restaurant with over 30 years of tradition. Its signature menu includes king ribs, as well as meat dishes such as sirloin and yukhoe (seasoned raw beef), and meal options like galbitang (beef rib soup), ugeoji galbitang (rib soup with cabbage greens), and naengmyeon (cold noodles). When ordering meat dishes, it comes with about 10 side dishes including jeon (Korean pancake), muk (acorn jelly), and salad. The ribs, meticulously prepared and marinated with a seasoned sauce made from minced garlic, sesame seeds, and black pepper, are grilled over charcoal in the king rib cooking room and served on a hot iron plate, resulting in tender meat with an excellent chewy texture. Individual rooms are also fully equipped, making it suitable for various group gatherings.
