Jinseong Jang-eo

Jinseong Jang-eo has been in operation since 1980, continuing for over 40 years with dedication to eel sauce know-how as well as making its own doenjang (soybean paste) and ganjang (soy sauce) from scratch. In particular, the main ingredient, eel, is strictly selected from the highest-grade domestic products and served to customers. Inside the restaurant, there are various sizes of standing and seated private rooms. The grilled eel options include salt, seasoned, soy sauce, and garlic grilled eel. Additionally, they sell eel soup (jangeo-tang), carefully simmered with the bones of domestic freshwater eel.
