Huwon

Located at 81-33 Buldang-gil, Namhansanseong-myeon, Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, Huwon is a garden-style restaurant specializing in baek-suk (Korean chicken soup). It offers a pleasant and quiet dining experience, and is equipped with group seating for gatherings of groups and acquaintances. The menu includes medicinal herb and cauliflower mushroom chicken baek-suk (hanbang neungi dak-baek-suk), chicken baek-suk boiled with prickly ash bark and medicinal herbs (eomnamu dak-baek-suk), native chicken knuckle (tojongdak-dogani), and lacquer chicken (ot-dak). Additionally, a stir-fried native chicken dish (tojongdak-bokkeum-tang) made with potatoes, various seasonings, and homegrown chili powder is also a delicacy.
