Destination briefing
Why travelers stop here
A restaurant located near Namhansanseong in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province. It consists of several hanok buildings, giving it the feel of a historical drama filming set. Opened in 1996, its most popular menu items are hanjeongsik (Korean set meal) and dakbokkeumtang (spicy braised chicken). The road to the restaurant is great for a drive, making it a good date course. Upon entering, you can see dozens of jars, hinting at the depth of the sauces used in various side dishes. You can enjoy a cozy meal with your party in a hanok room or a separate annex. At night, the streetlights add to the elegant atmosphere of the hanok. If you wear a hanbok, you can take great photos that match the hanok well. Pets are not allowed.
