Song Woohyun's Paju Brothless Udon is an udon specialty restaurant located in Seongdong-ri, Tanhyeon-myeon, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do. As the name suggests, it serves udon without broth. Although the lack of broth often leads customers to expect stir-fried udon, it is actually cold udon prepared with a minimum boiling time of 18 minutes for the noodles.
