Gungpyeong Guksu

Gungpyeong Guksu is a noodle restaurant located at the three-way intersection leading to Ja-in Falls in Yeoncheon. The menu offers only three types of noodles: Janchi-guksu (banquet noodles), Bibim-guksu (mixed noodles), and Yeolmu-guksu (young radish noodles). As a popular eatery, there may be a wait during lunchtime, and the business closes when ingredients run out. Here, noodles are boiled fresh upon order, so the food may come out a bit late, but the chewy yet soft noodles and the clean, savory broth are excellent.
