Jangwon Makguksu

A makguksu (buckwheat noodle) specialty restaurant located in Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do. It features a clean exterior and comfortable indoor space, allowing guests to enjoy their meal in a relaxed atmosphere. The makguksu is made with 100% pure buckwheat, and the deep flavor is enhanced with fresh perilla oil, beef bone and brisket broth, and bibimjang (spicy seasoning sauce). Signature menu items include deulgireum-makguksu (perilla oil buckwheat noodles), bibim-makguksu (spicy buckwheat noodles), mul-makguksu (cold buckwheat noodles in broth), and kong-memil-guksu (soy milk buckwheat noodles). Other dishes such as naengsoba (cold soba), on-makguksu (hot buckwheat noodles), nokdujeon (mung bean pancake), sagol-mandutguk (beef bone dumpling soup), dwaeji-suyuk (boiled pork slices), and hanwoo-suyuk (boiled Korean beef slices) are also available. It is located about 240 meters from Seohyeon Station Exit 4, making it convenient to access by public transportation. A parking lot is available next to the restaurant, so visiting by car is also easy.
