Baeknyeon Hwangtae is a specialized restaurant for dried pollack (hwangtae) dishes located in Donghang-ri, Yangseong-myeon, Anseong-si, Gyeonggi-do. It offers hwangtae haejangguk (dried pollack hangover soup), grilled hwangtae set meal, hwangtae mandu jeongol (dried pollack dumpling hot pot), and hwangtae miyeokguk (dried pollack seaweed soup). In summer, seasonal menu items such as makguksu (buckwheat noodles) and kongguksu (soybean noodles) are also available. Inside, tables for 4 and 8 people are spaced widely apart.
