Why travelers stop here
Bukdong Samgeori Son Kalguksu is a kalguksu (handmade noodle soup) specialty restaurant located on Daebudo Island, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do. It offers clam kalguksu with a refreshing and clean broth made using clams, as well as clam and chicken kalguksu that combines the refreshing taste of clams with the mild flavor of chicken. The clams are pre-prepared so that the shells do not need to be removed individually, and they are large-grained, providing a good texture. In particular, the clam and chicken kalguksu, which is the only one among over 100 kalguksu restaurants on Daebudo Island to include chicken, is very popular. The restaurant provides homemade napa cabbage kimchi, radish kimchi, and young summer radish kimchi made with domestic ingredients as basic side dishes, and makgeolli (rice wine) is available for free. Large and delicious seafood pancakes are also a popular menu item. There is ample parking space, and bicycle racks are prepared for cycling enthusiasts.
