Joseun Sik

Joseun Sik is a Japanese restaurant located near Yeongtong Station in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province. Since its opening, the restaurant has operated on a first-come, first-served phone reservation system for both dine-in and takeout. All overseas seafood is air-freighted live, and if frozen items are unavoidable, customers are notified in advance. The signature menu items are the Uni Sake Don, which features carefully prepared sushi rice topped with selected sea urchin and aged raw salmon, and the Uni Don, topped with fresh sea urchin. Other menu items include the Gwang-eo Choedoenjang, made with thickly sliced halibut sourced from Noryangjin Fisheries Wholesale Market, aged fresh, and served with a vinegared soybean paste sauce, spicy scallions, and savory sesame seeds, and the Uni Ikura Don, featuring selected large Hokkaido salmon roe that pops in the mouth.
