Gosu Jjamppong is a hand-pulled jjamppong specialty restaurant located across from Yatap High School near Seongnam City Hall. The entrance and exterior walls are accented with red borders so that it can be recognized as a Chinese restaurant even from a distance. It is a famous restaurant introduced on TV programs, and all noodle dishes use chewy hand-pulled noodles and are seasoned with three-year-aged sun-dried salt produced in Shinan, Jeollanam-do. The representative menu items are jjamppong varieties, including meat jjamppong, beef brisket jjamppong, fresh oyster jjamppong, and samseon jjamppong. In addition, raw loin sweet and sour pork is also popular, and seafood jjamppong jajangmyeon is delicious. All menu items can be ordered individually or as set menus to enjoy various dishes together.
