Located at 22-3, Pangyoyeok-ro 10beon-gil, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do (Baekhyeon-dong), Papalagu is an Italian home-style restaurant in the Baekhyeon-dong Cafe Street of Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do. It offers a limited daily selection of lasagna, pizza, and pasta made with ragù sauce. The ragù sauce is a traditional Italian meat sauce made with Korean beef and pork as the main ingredients, along with celery, carrots, and onions, simmered for over five hours. The signature dish, Ragù Lasagna, combines ragù sauce, béchamel sauce, and five layers of lasagna noodles. It is sold in a limited quantity of 20 per day. The signature pizza is the Sunny Pizza, a pizza that harmoniously blends savory egg yolk, rich-flavored jamón (Spanish raw ham), and truffle oil. The pizza dough is made, aged, and shaped using Italian pizza flour and Italian salt, and only Italian and French cheeses are used. There is no dedicated parking lot; guests must use a nearby public parking lot.
