Myeongga Pat Kalguksu Bajirak Kalguksu

Established in 1980, it boasts a long tradition and is well known as a place for pat kalguksu (red bean noodle soup). The signature menu items are pat kalguksu and bajirak kalguksu (clam noodle soup). The pat kalguksu features a rich red bean flavor. The red beans are made from carefully selected ingredients and boiled directly, and the broth is not heavy but clean-tasting. The bajirak kalguksu has a refreshing broth made with plenty of fresh clams, and you can add spicy seasoning according to your preference. Patjuk (red bean porridge) is also a popular menu item, with a rich red bean flavor similar to the pat kalguksu.
