It uses a makguksu recipe learned from the owner's father, who runs a makguksu restaurant elsewhere. When ordering makguksu, you can request a double portion (gopbaegi) at no extra cost. Ordering two servings of makguksu comes with a complimentary beef hot pot (bulgogi jeongol) loaded with bean sprouts.
