The duck medicinal stew is made by boiling eight herbal ingredients including astragalus, liriope root, white peony root, angelica root, and castor aralia bark, along with black rice. The duck is deboned by hand by the hall manager wearing gloves. Upon paying and exiting, dried radish greens and bracken are available for purchase.
