Dongne Bakery

Dongne Bakery is a bakery located in Yeok-dong, Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province. Inside the store, there is a baking area, display shelves, and a counter, with bar seats and tables prepared on one side. Opened in 1999, this place bakes over 60 types of bread directly using Parmesan, Gorgonzola, Cheddar, and Gouda cheese, French and Canadian flour, Belgian chocolate, 100% milk butter, and natural yeast starter, aged at low temperature for 18 hours. It is famous for custom-made lettering cakes and baked croquettes. Bread from the previous day is collected and sold at a discounted price.
