Seongbuk Cultural Center was established in 1996. Since its founding, it has played a role in laying the foundation for local culture in Seongbuk-gu through research on Seongbuk studies, building the Seongbuk Village Archive, operating various cultural lectures including traditional arts courses, and developing various contents such as the Seongbuk-dong Cultural Heritage Night Walk. For the cultural development of local residents, it operates cultural programs in diverse fields divided into five categories: art and calligraphy, instruments and music, dance and movement, lifestyle and culture, and children. Program enrollment is conducted through two methods: online registration and in-person registration.
