It serves vegetables and raw fish with a broth topped with shaved ice; add a spoonful of the broth and mix well with gochujang sauce. When more than half is eaten, add extra broth and somyeon (thin noodles) for an excellent delicacy. It is a famous mulhoe restaurant that has been introduced on TV broadcasts multiple times.
