Hanjo Jeonju Jjanggakbul Gomtang Galbitang is a gomtang specialty restaurant located near Baekje Station in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do. They use bones from cattle auctioned at the Nonghyup Bank Eumseong Livestock Products Wholesale Market and processed, including beef leg bones, tailbones, cow feet, mixed bones, cartilage, and sinew, which are simmered thoroughly in a cauldron over a wood fire to create a rich and delicious gomtang. All menu items are available for takeout, and kimchi is also sold for takeout. Nationwide delivery orders are also available. The restaurant operates 24 hours, allowing visits at any time, but there is always a wait during lunch and dinner hours.
