Luchai is a authentic Chinese cuisine restaurant located near Deoksu Neighborhood Park in Samsong-dong, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do. The interior of the restaurant, with its high ceilings to avoid a stuffy atmosphere, is lavishly decorated in red.
