Jeongdong Patjip

Jeongdong Patjip is a red bean specialty cafe located in Baekseok-dong, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do. It is conveniently accessible by car as it is situated on the way to the Second Jayuro. There are terrace tables outside, and the interior is decorated with wood tones and large windows. The signature menu items are sweet red bean porridge and traditional red bean shaved ice, both made with domestic red beans. In particular, there are three types of red bean shaved ice: traditional red bean shaved ice, coffee red bean shaved ice, and green tea red bean shaved ice. The coffee red bean shaved ice comes with a separate espresso to sprinkle on top. Mugwort rice cakes are also sold, filled with red beans and nuts inside. As a long-established red bean shaved ice spot in Ilsan, various beverages and coffee are also available.
