Gangneung Bulgogi Samcheok Branch is a bulgogi specialty restaurant located in Galcheon-dong, Samcheok-si, Gangwon-do. It is frequently visited by tourists due to its proximity to Sol Beach Samcheok. The spacious restaurant is furnished with table seating. The menu features a single type of hanwoo (Korean beef) bulgogi, served with a mountain of green onions piled on top, simmered in broth. When ordering bulgogi, side dishes such as kimchi, bracken namul, jeon (Korean pancake), stir-fried anchovies, tofu jeon, garlic pickles, and salad are provided, along with grilled plaice. An additional charge applies for the grilled plaice, but all other side dishes are available at a self-service bar where you can take as much as you want. Steamed rice and doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) must be ordered separately, and sweet corn porridge and Chodang soft tofu pair well as accompaniments. Parking is available at the rear of the restaurant or in the free parking lot across the street.
