Gangjinman Getbultang

Gangjinman Getbultang is a famous restaurant known for its mudskipper (jjan-ddong-eo). Located inside the O-gam Traditional Market, it is recognized as the first certified restaurant in Gangjin County. All ingredients used are sourced from Gangjin, ensuring reliability, and the restaurant has been in business for over 30 years. The mudskipper, belonging to the goby family, feeds on phytoplankton and cannot survive in polluted waters, so it has no fishy smell and is high in protein. It is not farmed or imported, making it 100% natural. This mudskipper is used as the main ingredient for dishes such as hoe (raw fish), tang (soup), jeongol (hot pot), and twigim (fried food).
