Located near the Morning Calm Arboretum, this restaurant carefully prepares various side dishes and meals using organically grown vegetables and ingredients cultivated directly. In particular, the handmade tofu made from directly grown soybeans retains the authentic taste of traditional country tofu, offering a rich and deep flavor distinct from regular commercial tofu. The signature dish, Surasang Ssam Bap, comes with over 10 items including stir-fried pork, steamed egg, and soybean paste stew, and features 5 to 10 types of organically grown vegetable wraps depending on the season, providing a bountiful meal reminiscent of a mother's home-cooked countryside table.
