Ururu

Ururu is a Chinese restaurant located at 196 Hakui-ro, Dongan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do. The establishment is 50% regular seating and 50% private rooms, with large and spacious tables. The restaurant has a neat and upscale atmosphere. The representative noodle dish of Chinese cuisine is hand-pulled, with elastic, chewy, and springy noodles. The signature menu item, Han-don Beijing-style sweet and sour pork, is made with meat full of juices aged for 24 hours, resulting in tender meat with a crispy exterior, topped with a sweet sauce. The raw tenderloin sweet and sour pork is made with juicy, tender fried loin. Ururu's glutinous rice sweet and sour pork is especially popular, made by coating pork loin with glutinous rice flour and frying it, giving it a chewy texture, with a sauce made from red beets. The seafood crispy rice soup is rich with generous portions of seafood and vegetables. Basic side dishes can be refilled at the self-service bar. All dishes are available for takeout.
