Geumgwan Restaurant

Geumgwan Restaurant is a popular restaurant near Haeinsa Temple's Tripitaka Koreana Theme Park. It offers neat dishes and reasonable prices, providing satisfaction. Its signature menu item, tteokgalbi (grilled short rib patties), is made with domestic black pork and crafted by Master Woo Eun-mi. The patties are pounded 300 times for a chewy texture and grilled over direct fire for rich meat flavor and juicy goodness. Additionally, no flour, starch, or glutinous rice flour is used, and gardenia fruit, known as a natural preservative, is added. Other dishes include makguksu (buckwheat noodles), which features a clean and deep broth made from domestic beef brisket, and hanwoo gukbap (beef and rice soup), also made with domestic Korean beef broth topped with brisket.
