Jeongdong Cultural Festival

The 27th Jeongdong Cultural Festival, hosted by the Kyunghyang Shinmun, will be held from October 23 to 25 on Jeongdong-gil in Jung-gu, Seoul and online. Jeongdong-gil, which runs from Kyunghyang Shinmun to the Franciscan Education Center, Seoul Museum of Art, and Deoksugung Palace Daehanmun Gate, was a center of diplomacy, culture, and education during the Korean Empire period. Jeongdong-gil, where history and tradition are alive and breathing, is a place where you can feel small but certain happiness just by walking. During the three-day festival, a street festival and installation of 'Memory Balloons' will take place at the Jeongdong Rotary. Additionally, citizen participation events such as art on the street, a nostalgic arcade, playing the harmonium, and caricature drawing will also be held.
