Chuncheon Chilcheung Seoktap (Chuncheon Seven-Story Stone Pagoda)

In Soyang-ro 2-ga, on the road from Myeongdong Street to Chuncheon Station, there is a small park where Treasure No. 77, Chuncheon Chilcheung Seoktap (Chuncheon Seven-Story Stone Pagoda), is located. The site of the pagoda is between a four-lane road and a large apartment complex, creating an atmosphere where the past and present coexist. During the Korean War, the pagoda was severely damaged by bullets and fire. However, a full-scale restoration in 2000 helped it regain much of its original appearance. In 2018, it was moved to its current location.
