Hosu Brewery

Hosu Brewery is a food dining space where you can enjoy alcohol and cuisine, and it also refers to the brewery of the Jumo Cooperative where liquor is made. It is the first traditional liquor brewery in Chuncheon, starting operations in 2019.

The name 'Hosu' carries two meanings: representing Chuncheon, the city of lakes, and a lake filled with liquor. Here, three types of traditional liquor—Seomsul Takju, Yuha Takju, and Yuha Yakju—are primarily produced using Chuncheon's clean water and healthy rice, and are sold alongside neat dishes made with local Chuncheon ingredients. In addition to simple lunchbox menus and lunch/dinner table setting menus, you can also enjoy a premium set meal that pairs with traditional liquor.
