Culture Restaurant is located on the uphill near Gyeongshin High School, across from Seongbuk Police Box, exit 5 of Hansung University Entrance Station on Line 4. It is on the second floor of the building, where there is a waiting area and a few tables, while the third floor is spacious and adorned with many paintings, resembling an exhibition hall. Pets are allowed, and medium to large dogs require a reservation. The signature dishes are omurice and samhap (noodles, salad, and meat). The pasta noodles are slightly undercooked and chewy, which is a characteristic of this place. Sparkling water is provided instead of regular water. The parking lot is not spacious, so using a paid parking lot is recommended. Beverages include wine, coffee, and beer, allowing you to order drinks that pair well with the food. Nearby attractions include Kansong Art Museum and Bukhansan National Park, making it possible to combine visits.
