Hamheung Gombo Naengmyeon

A Hamheung-style naengmyeon (cold noodle) restaurant known for its chewy noodles made from sweet potato starch, especially famous for its hoe naengmyeon (cold noodles with raw fish). It features the handcrafted taste of a master who has dedicated 48 years solely to naengmyeon. The spicy, sweet, and sour flavors mixed in a bibim (mixed) seasoning with strong ginger and garlic are said to harmonize subtly and taste excellent. There are also king mandu (dumplings) that evoke the taste of old times when eaten with the naengmyeon.
