Seosulla-gil Road

Seosulla-gil is a road connecting 150-3 Jongno, Jongno-gu, Seoul to 26 Gwonnong-dong. It was the path taken by the Sulla (night patrol guards) who were responsible for security during the Joseon Dynasty. It is called 'Seosulla-gil' because it is located to the west of the Sullacheong (patrol office) that guarded Jongmyo Shrine. Nearby are traditional popular tourist areas such as Ikseon-dong, Insa-dong, Bukchon, and Samcheong-dong. Along Seosulla-gil, there are many things to enjoy, including restaurants, cafes, and craft workshops. Especially in spring when flowers bloom and in autumn when the leaves change color, the scenery of the stone walls is beautiful, making it a popular date course and family outing spot. There are many places along the street where you can take great photos.
