True to its name and concept, the exterior is decorated with blue roof tiles (cheonggiwa), giving it a sophisticated Korean town feel. Upon entering the store, the most noticeable feature is the aging room, where you can see raw meat and marinated meats being aged. The signature menu items are Suwon Wang Galbi and LA Galbi. The location is a bit secluded, further into the food alley, but it is a popular spot. Suwon Wang Galbi can be ordered starting from two servings, while other menu items can be ordered per serving. Among the meal options, Tojang Jjigae is famous. Tojang is made without separating soy sauce from meju during the process of making doenjang, and it is said to have been enjoyed by noble families in the past.
