Jinheunggak

Jinheunggak is located near Inseong Girls' Middle School in Jungang-dong 4-ga, Jemulpo-gu, Incheon. It is a Chinese restaurant in Incheon's Chinatown. Established in 1962, it has been operating to this day as a long-standing restaurant. It is famous for its Chinese-style cold noodles with shrimp, jellyfish salad, and sea cucumber and pressed pork. Signature menu items include Yuni-jjajang (black bean sauce noodles) and jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup). Other menu items include gan-jjajang (dry black bean sauce noodles), samseon-gan-jjajang (three-ingredient dry black bean sauce noodles), udon, ryusanseul-bap (stir-fried seafood and vegetables over rice), japtang-bap (spicy seafood stew over rice), samseon-udon (three-ingredient udon), gul-jjamppong (oyster spicy seafood noodle soup), sampum-naengchae (three-item cold dish), haepari-naengchae (jellyfish cold dish), sapum-naengchae (four-item cold dish), tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork), and kanpung-yuk (spicy crispy pork).
