Destination briefing
Why travelers stop here
Cheongnyongji is a valley-type reservoir located in a highland area. At the entrance, there is Baudeogi Village with a Namsadang sculpture, and hiking trails to Seounsan and Jwaseongsan mountains make it crowded with hikers on holidays. There are leisure facilities where you can enjoy motorboats, pedal boats, and water skiing. In spring, cherry blossoms bloom along the approximately 1km path from Cheongnyong Lake to Cheongnyongsa Temple, making it a great drive and walking course.
