Buheung Guksu Haebangchon Guksu

Buheung Guksu's signature menu item is bibim guksu (spicy mixed noodles). The generous toppings of cucumber, carrot, and chicory, along with the sweet and sour broth with ice cubes floating in it, stimulate the appetite lost on hot summer days. One of the unique features of Buheung Guksu is the buckwheat pancake that you make yourself. There is batter and a pan at the entrance of the restaurant, allowing each person to make it according to their preference. Each person can make one pancake, and although there are no special toppings, the chewy texture is excellent.
