San Tteurak

San Tteurak is a Korean traditional restaurant located in Gogiri. All ingredients are prepared with care and dedication, including tofu made with natural brine, homemade doenjang and plum extract, sun-dried salt with the brine removed more than five times, freshly squeezed sesame oil, and kimchi made only with natural ingredients without artificial seasonings. Signature menu items include the crispy and savory barley grilled dried pollack set meal (Bori Gulbi Jeongsik), abalone rice with a deep sea flavor (Jeonbokbap), braised short ribs with sweet seasoning and tender meat (Galbi Jjim), and a deep-flavored doenjang jjigae made with Gangneung makjang. The interior features both floor seating and table seating.
