Signature menu items include the crispy and savory barley grilled dried pollack set meal (Bori Gulbi Jeongsik), abalone rice with a deep sea flavor (Jeonbokbap), braised short ribs with sweet seasoning and tender meat (Galbi Jjim), and a deep-flavored doenjang jjigae made with Gangneung makjang.
