Hole-in-One Geuneuljip

Hole-in-One Geuneuljip is a Korean restaurant located at 1047 Gangmun-ro, Gangcheon-myeon, Yeoju-si, Gyeonggi-do. Due to the many golf courses nearby, it is busy from the morning. The interior has both a main hall and private rooms, and a convenience store operates in the same building. The signature dish, Osam Bulgogi Ssambap (spicy stir-fried squid and pork belly with rice wraps), has a well-balanced spicy and sweet flavor with properly seasoned taste. The meat is fresh, and both the squid and pork belly are tender and generously sized, offering a good chewy texture, making it very popular. The Four Seasons Bibimbap Set comes with neatly arranged side dishes and namul (seasoned vegetables), along with a large bowl of rice topped with a fried egg and seaweed flakes to mix together. The cheonggukjang (fermented soybean paste stew) at Hole-in-One Geuneuljip is a specialty, packed with plenty of soybeans for a good texture and a savory flavor that further stimulates the appetite. Lettuce and green peppers are provided as a basic accompaniment for both dishes. Hanwoo Muguk (beef radish soup) and Hwangtae Mucheguk (dried pollock and radish soup) have clear and refreshing broth flavors, frequently ordered by golf course visitors for breakfast or as a hangover cure.
