Hoeryeong-style dumplings from Hamgyeong Province are large in size and round in shape. They are even more delicious when eaten with mildly seasoned North Korean-style kimchi. Hoeryeong-style dumpling hot pot is made by crushing dumplings and boiling them with vegetables. Its spicy flavor suits our taste. It is also good to add a bowl of rice at the end. Nearby is the Jipyeong Makgeolli Factory.
