Jangsucheon Hanbang Freshwater Eel offers eels raised in-house and charcoal directly baked on-site. They only handle 100% domestic freshwater eels that are raised without antibiotics, chemical water disinfection, and in a sterile environment, fed with patented herbal feed, ensuring excellent texture and flavor. Since they do not go through distribution, all eels maintain the best condition and have received HACCP certification. They use charcoal directly produced from the 'Yongin Land' charcoal kiln and staff personally grill the eels with desalinated salt, cutting them into convenient pieces. The janchi guksu (banquet noodles) served after the grilled eel is also a delicacy.
