A naengmyeon restaurant located in Gungnae-dong, Bundang, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do. It is a Pyongyang naengmyeon restaurant founded by former employees of the now-closed Uraeok Gangnam branch. The naengmyeon is made directly by a head chef who has been making only Pyongyang naengmyeon for over 40 years. Hence, the restaurant name is Suraeok, similar to Uraeok. The naengmyeon is made using only Korean female beef, and the broth is also simmered from Korean female beef, giving it a rich and deeper flavor. Besides naengmyeon, you can also enjoy yukhoe (beef tartare), sirloin, and bulgogi. It is a large standalone building on the main road in Gungnae-dong, easily visible with a spacious dedicated parking lot. The two-story building maintains clean and wide seat spacing.
