[100-Year-Old Store] Jangan Myeonok

Jangan Myeonok is a naengmyeon (cold noodle) restaurant that has been passed down through three generations in Anseong. Having inherited the family business from their mother, three brothers all operate Jangan Myeonok in the region. Jangan Myeonok is a restaurant where you can enjoy the savory broth made from a combination of meat broth and dongchimi (radish water kimchi), as well as the buckwheat flavor. It is the only establishment in Anseong that carefully boils the broth by simmering brisket and foreshank meat like herbal medicine, and grinds buckwheat by hand to knead and pull the noodles. The interior is equipped with group seating, making it suitable for company dinners or group gatherings, and there is a spacious dedicated parking lot in front of the restaurant for convenient parking.
