Dignity of Eel

Dignity of Eel is a grilled eel restaurant located in Geum-i-dong, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do. It sells only 100% domestic Pungcheon freshwater eel. The high-quality eels that come in on the same day are prepared in the morning, so you can always taste fresh eel. In addition to eel, they also sell charcoal-grilled chicken ribs. They also offer side dishes such as eel soup, beef brisket soybean paste stew, and naengmyeon (cold noodles) to enjoy together. Side dishes can be taken from the self-service bar. The interior is spacious and comfortable, with an open kitchen. There are also outdoor parasol seats, and Chiliji Reservoir is visible right in front. A dedicated parking lot is available for convenient use.
