Pujugok

Pujugok is a seolleongtang restaurant located on Daewangpangyo-ro. It is a seolleongtang restaurant that produces a rich and deep broth, like a health tonic, by simmering only beef leg bones, oxtail, and cartilage for a long time without any additives, following traditional methods. It sells internal organ special bone soup, knee cartilage soup, king mandu, and boiled pork slices. The basic side dishes are napa cabbage kimchi, kkakdugi, and seasoned sauce, with additional green onions provided. The interior of the restaurant features a clean design with wooden chairs and tables. All menu items are available for takeout and delivery. For takeout, the broth amount is doubled, and kimchi, kkakdugi, and rice are sold separately.
