Taehwasan Myeongga

Taehwasan Myeongga is a charcoal-grilled dakgalbi (spicy chicken ribs) specialty restaurant located near Gonjiam Ceramic Park in Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do. It is a standalone building with parking available in front of the restaurant. The spacious and clean interior has many tables arranged comfortably. This establishment is a safe restaurant certified by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, specializing in charcoal-grilled dakgalbi and bibim-makguksu (spicy buckwheat noodles). Using HACCP-certified refrigerated chicken, the dakgalbi is pre-seared and comes in salted and seasoned versions, with staff grilling it directly for a convenient dining experience. The bibim-makguksu is served with the restaurant's own secret seasoning, free of artificial additives. Other menu items include cold soba, buckwheat pancakes, and oxtail buckwheat dumpling soup. Neat and clean basic side dishes are provided, and additional side dishes can be obtained from the self-service bar prepared in one corner of the restaurant. If you want to order more dakgalbi or take it out, you must order in advance considering the pre-searing time.
