Boribap Jitneun Sarangbang

Boribap Jitneun Sarangbang is a Korean restaurant located near Suryang-ri Mugunghwa Park in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province. It uses good ingredients and makes everything with care. The soybean paste stew, made with homemade doenjang that contains no synthetic ingredients, is served with a stone pot rice. The side dishes change with the seasons. The signature menu is the barley rice set meal, which is mixed with namul made from natural powdered ingredients, strong doenjang, and gochujang. The grilled pork set meal, made with homemade seasoning from domestic pears, apples, plum extract, and various fruits and vegetables, aged for three days on a wooden cutting board, then grilled over charcoal after an initial sear, is also popular. Other options include mackerel set meal, dried pollack set meal, and braised short rib set meal, allowing you to choose according to your taste.
