Chowol Boribap

A Korean table d'hôte restaurant located in Chowol-eup, Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do. The signature menu is the Chowol set meal, consisting of barley rice, dried pollack gui, stir-fried pork, and cheonggukjang. The set meal is largely divided by dried pollack or stir-fried pork. There is Set A with barley rice, dried pollack, and cheonggukjang, and Set B with barley rice, stir-fried pork, and cheonggukjang. For solo diners, there is a barley rice set meal with barley rice and cheonggukjang. More than ten side dishes are served, including seasoned vegetables, salad, shredded radish, and chive kimchi. The dried pollack and stir-fried pork are served on a black hot plate to keep them warm.
