Songgane Makguksu

Songgane Makguksu is a makguksu specialty restaurant located near the Namhansanseong trail entrance from Gwangju, Gyeonggi-do. Many makguksu restaurants are clustered around the area, forming a makguksu street. This restaurant has a parking lot in front, making parking convenient. The interior is clean and divided into a main hall and rooms, all with table seating. Between the hall and rooms, there is a self-service corner equipped with water, utensils, wet wipes, aprons, and additional side dishes. The popular menu item, boiled pork (suyuk), uses pork belly, and deodeok leaves are provided only with suyuk orders. Despite a fast turnover rate, there is often a wait; take a waiting number at the entrance and wait in the designated waiting area, where your number will be called over the intercom. Leftover food can be packaged, but separate packaging sales are not available.
