The interior is neatly arranged with tables, and you must take a number from the waiting ticket dispenser at the entrance before entering. The popular menu item is the Makguksu set meal, which includes buckwheat pancakes, boiled pork slices, and buckwheat noodles. They use perilla oil freshly pressed from the mill and a secret soy sauce, and the boiled pork slices are made only with fresh Dodram Hanwoo grade 1 female pork.
