Gureumsan Chueotang is known for its thick and rich broth. The restaurant serves a thick, hearty chueotang (loach soup), made by finely grinding loach, so even those who do not particularly like chueotang can enjoy it like doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew). If you prefer a chewy texture, the whole loach soup (tongchueotang) is recommended. The san-yacho bossam (wild herb wrap) is also delicious. When you order chueotang, bossam is also served.
